Jams Custom Creations

Welcome to Jams Custom Creations. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
Jams Custom Creations specializes in custom apparel, gifts, party favors, and digital products. Because many of our products are personalized, special terms apply to custom orders.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
2. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Orders are considered accepted when:
- Payment has been successfully received.
- Required information has been provided.
- Design requirements have been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incomplete information.
- Suspected fraud.
- Copyright or trademark concerns.
- Product availability issues.
3. Custom Design Services
Design Proofs
Customers will receive a digital proof when applicable.
Production will not begin until:
- The design is approved by the customer.
- Payment has been received in full.
Design Revisions
- One (1) design revision is included after the initial proof is created.
- Additional revisions are billed at $35 per revision.
- Once approval is given, the design is considered final.
Jams Custom Creations is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other information approved by the customer.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Orders will not be started without payment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Processing & Production Times
Production times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
- Seasonal demand
- Design complexity
Estimated production times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
6. Shipping Policy
Once shipped:
- Customers will receive tracking information.
- Jams Custom Creations is not responsible for carrier delays.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
7. Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered:
- Customers will be notified when orders are ready.
- Orders not picked up within 7 days may be considered abandoned.
- No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
8. No Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products:
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
Exceptions may be considered only if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- A manufacturing defect occurred.
- An error was made by Jams Custom Creations.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any:
- Logos
- Images
- Trademarks
- Copyrighted content
Jams Custom Creations assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate intellectual property laws.
10. Digital Products
All digital products are:
- Non-refundable
- For personal use unless otherwise stated
- Not eligible for return or exchange
Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.
11. Product Colors & Images
We strive to accurately display product colors and designs.
However:
- Screen settings vary by device.
- Printed colors may differ slightly from digital proofs.
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
Jams Custom Creations shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Event-related losses resulting from shipping delays
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
13. Customer Conduct
Customers agree to communicate respectfully.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Refusal of future service
14. Changes to Terms
Jams Custom Creations reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
